- At least 5 years of experience in the maintenance of civil aircraft without completed technical training or
- At least 3 years of experience in the maintenance of civil aircraft with completed technical (non-aircraft-specific) training or
- At least 2 years of experience in civil aircraft maintenance and completed Part-147 basic training
- Valid EASA PART66 AML CAT B2
- Sample training for the ERJ-190 (ATA 104 Level III) from a Part-147 certified training organisation
- Analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
- High level of team spirit, resilience and strong service orientation
- A sense of responsibility and a strong understanding of quality
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
