- At least 3 years of professional experience in the maintenance of civil aircraft without technical training or
- At least 2 years of professional experience in maintenance and completed technical training (not aircraft-specific) or
- At least 1 year of professional experience in maintenance and completed basic training Part-147
- Valid EASA PART66 AML CAT A
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientated way of working
- Team spirit, high resilience and strong service orientation
- A sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
